We are aligned the with AIM initiative and its change bundles. Interdisciplinary teams participating in RPC have reduced their NTSV rates an average of 8 percent in the first year and saved money while doing it. The collaborative offers coaching, materials that guide implementation and save people from having to reinvent the wheel, and support from a data center. Monthly webinars are offered live and are also available as recordings. Participants can get continuing education and maintenance of certification credits for participating.
